Preserving natural resources is our future

Our fleet respects the oceans

All our vessels practice sustainable and responsable fishing, adhering to the most demanding legislation in the world (Common Fisheries Policy CFP) which was established by the Treaty of Rome, to articles 38 to 43 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) and of the fishing grounds of the coastal countries in which they operate. We implement the standards set out in the FAO Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries published in 1990. We also take into account the European and Falklands Codes of Good Practice for Sustainable and Responsible Fishing and the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization (NAFO) Code of Conservation and Enforcement Measures, to ensure sustainable, biological, economic and social fishing.
